The j-point system is specifically designed
to provide for easy and straight-forward operation. Organizations
as well as customers can take advantage of the system’s intuitive
feel.
From the customer’s point of view:
1. The customer downloads the j-point software from the internet
or from a CD. The required download time, depending on the applicable
internet connection, is between 5 and 40 seconds. Additional customer
information such as product preferences or personal customer codes
can be entered into the system.
2. When the installed corporate logo starts flashing in the customer’s
task bar, the customer can conveniently retrieve her/his personal
message by one click. From this message, a link to any specific
click-through address can be provided.
